You’ll support the full employee lifecycle while also being a trusted advisor to managers on performance, compliance, and people challenges. What you’ll be doing: * Advising on performance management, capability, and wellbeing issues. * Ensuring new joiners have a smooth, engaging onboarding experience. * Supporting on employee relations issues, including absence management and welfare meetings. * Coaching and upskilling managers so they can confidently lead their teams. * Playing a key role in rolling out strategic HR initiatives from the Head of HR and senior team. * Using HR data and reporting to spot trends and drive improvements. What we’re looking for: * CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) with solid experience in an HR Advisor role. * A confident communicator with the ability to influence managers and build trust at all levels. * Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. * Tech-savvy with Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) and a good head for data. * Someone who thrives in a fast-paced SME-style environment, rolling up their sleeves when needed.
