THE POSITION:
We want to hire an energetic and knowledgeable Soccer Coach to lead our players in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. Our ideal candidate has a background in soccer (collegiate, travel-team, club, or high school) and prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader). New Coaches can work 5-15 weekly classes.
DAY TO DAY:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality soccer training sessions
2. Create a positive and supportive team environment
3. Develop and implement player development plans
4. Communicate with players, parents, and other coaches
5. Guide regionally competitive teams in league games and tournaments
6. Follow the team's training and practice schedule
COMPENSATION:
* Assistant Coaches start @ $18/hr
* Upon completion of the training period, Head Coaches receive $25/hr
