VANRATH are currently recruiting an Account Manager for a leading Telecoms and IT Managed Service company at their Belfast headquarters. The Account Manager will work with existing customers providing a mix of sales and service to each client. Responsibilities: Be the point of contact for a group of owned accounts Provide service to the clients as well as upselling Provide feedback to the business on any customer issues or concerns related to our products and services. Meet and report on productivity and performance KPIs in a timely and accurate manner. Achieve individual sales targets and strive for overperformance. Essential Criteria: 1-2 years in sales (ideally account management) Eagerness and willingness to develop knowledge of products and solutions Proficiency experience using IT packages, ideally within Salesforce Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written A can-do attitude and an enthusiasm to approach challenges Persuasiveness Self motivated and demonstrates initiative Resilience approach to gaining buy in from customers.
