Your new role
As a Plumbing and Heating Lead Engineer, you'll be managing a team of 15 operatives, and accountable to the Property Maintenance Operations Manager for successful delivery of the Property Maintenance team's work projects. To provide support across several allocated sites in surveying and oversight of mechanical works,bined with a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities & Oues
11. Identifying, implementing andplying with applicable safety, environmental and quality standards,pany procedures and policies and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
12. Maintaining a project team containing all the resources required to successfully deliver the project
13. Leading the mechanical project team members, creating a positive team working environment and training apprentices.
14. Implementing and maintaining effectivemunication to the project team
15. Controlling scope and cost to the agreed project KPIS
16. Maintain regular involvement of andmunications with the Property Maintenance Management Team
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge, Skills And Experience required
17. Experience of executing most of the project managementpetencies by managing a number of projects inpliance with safety standards and inpliance with thepany's ISO policies procedure with oversight of worksite safety to provide quality work and client and customer satisfaction
18. Excellentmunication and organisational skills with the ability to develop relationships and maintain effective networks and be results-focussed, tempered with a team-centred approach.
19. A strong conflict manager with a firm and assertive approach, but takes an analytical approach with a “can-do” problem-solving ability.
20. A proven understanding of various Mechanical systems with both Gas and OFTEC qualifications.
Please note you will be required to rotate around sites throughout Pembrokeshire.
