A small, welcoming primary school in Chiswick are looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This role involves teaching a small group of four children from different year groups who are working at a similar academic level.
About the role:
* Full-time position
* Start date: as soon as possible
* Teaching a group of four pupils from different year groups
* All children are working at a similar level academically but have different ages and a range of needs
* Planning and delivering lessons tailored to their individual learning and developmental needs
What we're looking for:
* A teacher with experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
* Someone patient, calm and adaptable
* Confident in planning personalised learning and supporting a range of needs (academic, social and emotional)
* Able to work closely with support staff, parents and the SENCO to track progress and next steps
* Positive, resilient and committed to helping every child succeed
