Overview
The Small Works building Supervisor will cover the following:
Responsibilities
* Attending each facility and quoting small works and refurbishment jobs including painting, electrical, plumbing, refurbishment, modifications, doors and trim, ceiling and floor tiles etc..
* Run the approved works and supervise the in-house trades staff and sub‑contractor teams.
* Provide permit and H&S checking.
* Liaison with the contract managers and site Facility Managers.
Qualifications
* To have either Building Trade, Construction experience or M&E Experience.
* Experience of quoting and supervising small and minor works.
* Valid driving licence.
* Ideally CSCS.
* Willing to complete PTS training and associated H&S.
Position Details
The position is a contract role circa 3 months but may transfer into a permanent position pending project pipeline.
Remuneration & Benefits
Circa 30k equivalent. Free rail transport plus vehicle once permanent (mileage paid while temp). 14.50 - 18/hr (pending payroll method).
