About the Role:
We’re hiring an Accounting Assistant to collaborate with a global leader in AI training data. You’ll use your accounting expertise to evaluate, correct, and enhance AI-generated reasoning across complex accounting scenarios. Your insights will directly improve the accuracy and intelligence of next-generation AI models used by leading technology companies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and refine complex accounting prompts and problems to test AI reasoning.
* Develop grading rubrics defining what constitutes a correct and complete answer.
* Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and completeness.
* Write model answers and provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI performance.
* Review and rank AI “chains of thought” for correctness, clarity, and methodology.
Requirements
* PhD or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field (current enrollment acceptable).
* Deep expertise in financial accounting, auditing, or management accounting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design graduate-level problems.
* Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
* Fluency in English with strong written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: Up to $10,000 /month
* Schedule: Fully flexible, work 5–10 hours per week (up to 40 hours).
