The role: Campus Engagement Assistant (2 posts) Full time - 37 Hours per week Term Time 37 Weeks Fixed Term until July 5th 2026 £20,276.33 - £20,708.28 Per Annum (Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £24,691 - £25,217) 2 x Posts (Tycoch and Gorseinon) Key Responsibilities: Provide a platform for student feedback on the use and improvement of student areas and enrichment opportunities. Be a first responder to incidents or reports of conflict, using de-escalation and restorative approaches. Help students develop a sense of belonging by encouraging inclusive and representative activities across campuses. Provide support to all events and activities arranged by Learner Experience team colleagues: Learner Engagement and Personal Development Lead, GCS Active Wellbeing Lead, EDI Officer and the Safeguarding and Welfare Manager. Promote a working environment that is free from discrimination and where diversity is valued. About you: GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in Maths and English qualification.
