Job Description
3. Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI's and targets are met.
4. Communicate with our existing and cancelled customers in an omni-channel contact center environment which includes inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat.
5. Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by taking ownership of your own performance.
6. Practice and promote ethical selling.
7. Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help the customer.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Advisor should have:
8. Good written and oral communication skills.
9. Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
10. A flexible and proactive approach to work.
11. Excellent telephone skills.
12. Customer Service experience.
13. Experience working in a target driven environment.
14. Sales Experience.
15. Knowledge of handling and resolving customer complaints.
