* Ensure marketing operations run efficiently and effectively, building processes that support speed, scalability, and high output.
* Work hand‑in‑hand with sales and commercial leaders to align go‑to‑market activity, improve lead quality, and optimise conversion across the funnel.
* Support and strengthen customer lifecycle marketing, including retention, reactivation, loyalty, and multi‑touch nurture journeys.
* Manage segmentation, data governance, and campaign targeting to ensure activity is precise, compliant, and customer‑first.
* Champion continuous improvement across marketing. Test new ideas, optimise campaigns, adopt new tools, and drive innovation.
* Manage the events team strategy to increase ROI, monetise audience engagement, and convert event activity into measurable pipeline.
* Build and manage effective external partnerships including agencies, platforms, and service providers.
* Contribute to internal communication, leadership alignment, and stakeholder buy in for marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
* Significant experience in a senior B2B marketing leadership role, ideally within tech, recruitment, SaaS, or other high growth sectors.
* Proven success running AI‑enabled marketing functions where automation, content generation, targeting, and optimisation are AI powered.
