The role is based at a neurological rehabilitation center, that supports individuals with complex neurological and mental health needs, with a focus on addressing challenging behaviours. Role Summary:
In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of psychological and clinical strategies to enhance our care pathways. Your expertise will play a key role in delivering specialized consultations and fostering a progressive therapeutic model.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you will guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team, offering both supervision and training to ensure they are well-versed in the foundational principles and techniques necessary for success in our innovative care approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and advance strategic initiatives to expand neurological care services.
* Develop new service offerings tailored to specific neurological conditions.
* Ensure that all therapeutic interventions are evidence-based, model-driven, and continuously evaluated for effectiveness.
* Facilitate team training on specialized skills, ensuring consistent understanding of key concepts across disciplines.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Have BPS recognised psychology degree and HCPC registered
* Chartered Member of the BPS.
* Engagement with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) networks.
* Advanced knowledge of research methods, research design, and complex data analysis.
