Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
* Proficient in technology stack used in the applications (Java, Oracle/SQL, Linux/Windows, Splunk, AppDynamics)
* Demonstrated hands-on domain skills and track record of quality operational service to customers
* Highly refined and professional in verbal and written communications
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of ITIL framework (Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management)
* Follow effective and efficient operational policies, processes and procedures
* Handle complex and critical technical issues that lower-level support cannot resolve
* Coordinate with business and other stakeholder for critical issue resolution
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Performing root cause analysis
* Providing technical guidance and support to peers
* Able to duplicate problems and define root causes
* Possess strong verbal, writing and communication skills
* Have a strong ability to solve complex issues
* Should have knowledge on Cloud technologies and hands on Automation and Tooling
