Head of Systems Sales

I am hiring a Head of Systems Sales to lead and scale the entire systems sales function. This is a strategic role with full ownership of driving growth across servers, storage and wider infrastructure solutions while building a high performing, customer focused team.
What you will lead
• Build and deliver the full systems sales strategy
• Lead, coach and develop a B2B sales team
• Support the team in strengthening customer relationships and understanding customer infrastructure needs
• Work closely with engineering, purchasing, technical, production and marketing to deliver complete solutions
• Track market trends and competitor activity to guide smarter decisions
• Own forecasting, pipeline planning and reporting to senior leadership
• Represent the business at trade shows, events and customer meetings
• Drive a culture built on collaboration, innovation and customer focus
What you need to bring
• Leadership experience within systems or IT infrastructure sales
• A proven track record of building and scaling sales strategies
• B2B tech or services sales background
• Strong cross functional communication and stakeholder skills
• Strategic thinking, commercial sharpness and a customer first mindset
• Confident using CRM and sales tools
• Able to stay focused on strategy without slipping back into day to day selling
• Committed to continuous improvement and long term customer relationships
Nice to have
• Degree in business, IT or a related field
• Leadership or sales certifications
• Technical certs like CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft
