This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and results-driven Fuel Card division.
Role purpose:
To maintain your existing portfolio and to increase and maximise opportunities.
* Secure sales of fuel by effectively matching customers’ current and potential future needs in line with targets/KPI and the company sales approach.
* Acquire new customers via referrals from the existing customer base.
* Create and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of competitor activity and developments, and record.
* Log and provide an effective response and resolution to customer enquiries and requests for information. Ensure accounts are fully maintained and updated in all areas as and when required.
* Retention of existing customer portfolio.
* Developing & managing long standing relationships with customer portfolio to prevent churn.
* Work to a structured and agreed contact strategy
* Complete daily/weekly/monthly calls in line with above
* Ensure that all calls are effectively “closed” with an action to develop pipeline.
* Develop the existing customer base with the specific aim of cross-selling other relevant products and services, effectively matching customers’ current and potential future needs with targets and the Company sales approach.
* Record accurately all customer interactions
* of all the company’s products and services.
* Ensure effective use of IT systems
