JOB TITLE: Content Designer (Agentic AI) - 6 Month FTC

SALARY: £72,702 - £80,780

LOCATION(S): London

HOURS: Full Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for someone to help bring our digital experiences to life. You’ll be the expert on the copy, tone and personality of apps and websites our customers rely on every single day.

Within this team, you’ll combine research and insights with clear people-focussed language to refine and develop conversations with customers to help them do what they need to do. You’ll be comfortable giving and receiving feedback to key internal customers across the business and will work closely with product teams to create success metrics.

It’ll be your role to:

1. Create engaging, readable, accessible content that gives our customers great digital experiences.

2. Develop genuine empathy for people, understanding their needs, aspirations and challenges.

3. Take ownership as the content expert in an agile environment.

4. Think strategically about how our conversations can evolve, and spot opportunities for where they link into other experiences.

5. Share expertise to help shape the overall design approach.

6. Provide consistency in the way we have conversations with customers across topics and touchpoints.

7. Promote and demonstrate how effective writing helps customers.

What we’re looking for?

8. A minimum 5 years experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer.

9. Agenctic AI experience would be massively beneficial

10. Familiarity working in a complex landscape – ideally financial services.

11. A collaborative attitude ready to be a part of a busy multi-disciplinary team.

12. Flexibility in writing on-brand content in multiple tones of voice.

13. Confidence in writing concise, clear and consistent copy for different channels.

14. The ability to influence and manage multiple customers across product, risk, legal and branding teams.

15. Experience using and collaborating in Design platforms, such as Figma.
