The Club at North Downs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Operations Assistant to join our team at Get Golfing. As a charity supporting struggling golf facilities in England, we are passionate about preserving and reviving the sport of golf by providing exceptional experiences for our members and visitors.
As a Golf Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our golf facility. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Checking in golfers
2. Managing tee times
3. Assisting with golf equipment rentals
4. Answering inquiries
5. Providing excellent customer service to our members and visitors

Minimum Requirements
* A passion for golf and a basic knowledge of the sport
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with golfers and staff members
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with golf management systems
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
