The Role

We’re looking for a bright, creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support our Head of Marketing. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll get involved in content creation for social media, running campaigns, organising events, and liaising with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and create content for social media channels, including videos, graphics and written posts.
* Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Write, proofread, and upload content for press releases, blogs, newsletters, emails and the website.
* Organise and attend firm events, including seminars and external networking events, and maintain the event calendar.
* Order, update, and maintain branded promotional materials and stationery.
* Assist with marketing campaigns and measure their performance for reporting to partners.
* Maintain the marketing inbox and internal communications.
* Arrange staff photos, profiles and video sessions.
* Liaise with internal departments, charity partners, suppliers and clients.
* Respond to client reviews.
* Support the Head of Marketing with daily tasks, reporting and data analysis.


About You

You’re ambitious and full of ideas. You’re a fast learner, comfortable with technology and keen to develop your marketing skills. Ideally, you’ll have a formal marketing qualification and at least 12 months’ experience in a marketing role.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written communication, with impeccable spelling and grammar
* Creative mindset, happy to propose new ideas
* Team player, adaptable and professional in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
* Your own car and driving licence


Training and Development
