Your new role
They are now looking for a Commercial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are administered accurately, efficiently, and profitably-while upholding the highest standards and building strong client relationships. Reporting directly to a Director, you'll lead and manage an experienced administration team, providing comprehensive commercial support across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee commercial services from project inception to completion
2. Manage and support the team to meet all contractual and commercial deadlines.
3. Review framework agreements and project contracts, advising on risk (including JCT and NEC contracts)
4. Administer performance bonds and liaise with insurance brokers
5. Prepare and monitor execution of sub-contractor orders and warranties
6. Respond to sub-contractor queries and ensure compliance with legislation
