Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Group Revenue Marketing & CRM Manager to build and lead a scalable, data-led pipeline generation engine across the UK, Europe, and the USA. This is a revenue-focused role, accountable for delivering qualified pipeline and connecting marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes.
You will own Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the core commercial platform, work closely with Customer Solution Directors, and lead digital engagement, events, and CRM-driven marketing activity to drive growth-particularly within retail refrigeration.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute multi-region revenue marketing strategies, with retail refrigeration as the primary focus.
Own end-to-end pipeline generation from campaign → lead → opportunity → revenue.
Lead setup, optimisation, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Define and enforce qualified lead criteria and structured handover to sales teams.
Drive account-based marketing for high-value and strategic accounts.
Lead digital engagement strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels.
Own trade show and event strategy, ensuring measurable pipeline impact.
Track and report marketing ROI, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics.
Operate within a structured operating model (Traction-style), owning KPIs and reporting rhythms.
Line manage and develop a Graphic Designer, aligning creative output to commercial objectives.Experience & Skills
Proven B2B revenue or demand marketing experience with full CRM ownership.
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM-driven sales processes.
Strong track record of delivering qualified pipeline, not just leads.
Experience working closely with sales/commercial teams in technical or multi-site environments.
Highly commercial, data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder influence skills.
Experience with LinkedIn-led B2B digital engagement (video/content-led experience desirable).Why Join?

Salary: £52,000-£65,000 (DOE)
