What do we look for in a Business Analyst Gather, develop and document requirements for platforms and applications, including creating entity diagrams and applying relevant frameworks to accurately capture functional and non-functional requirements. Advocate and implement best practices, providing guidance and education to colleagues and clients. Apply and recommend industry-standard methodologies and patterns suited to the technology and domain. Act as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure technical capabilities are fully leveraged to meet business objectives. Offer platform and process expertise to support delivery teams. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and cross-functional teams to drive project success. Utilise data analytics to inform decision making and enhance business outcomes. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing. Desirable Qualifications Business Analyst Diploma. Experience to develop work-breakdown structures (WBS), epics and features. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in defence or government sectors.
