Mortgage Advisor & Business Partner - Loughborough
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing estate agency group as a key business partner. * 50% of the deal value from leads

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the agency's three busy offices
* Responsible for the day-to-day running of the business
* Grow the business alongside the owners to expand to multiple advisors and lead providers
* Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and clients to maximise lead conversion
* Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance
* Work closely with the business owners to contribute to the growth and strategy of the company

What We’re Looking For
* Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP or equivalent)
* A proven track record in mortgage sales and delivering exceptional client outcomes
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and contribute to the wider business
