Teaching Personnel are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a dedicated pastoral team at a progressive and inclusive secondary school based in Wigan. The school is in a great location with excellent transport links to Bolton. About the role: Start date: 1 st September Ongoing/long-term Opportunity to earn £90- £120 per day (dependent on experience) In this role, you will support students with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties by promoting positive behaviour strategies, implementing tailored support plans, and providing one-to-one or small group interventions. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to help maintain a focused and inclusive learning environment, build trusting relationships with students, and offer guidance both in and out of the classroom to support their overall wellbeing and educational progress.
