We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Volunteering Development & Inclusion Team. The role will provide administrative support to the Volunteering Development & Inclusion Team to ensure we effectively and efficiently manage and support volunteers and their managers through their journey at the RNLI. Some of the benefits Salary £24,242 - £28,520 (dependent on experience) Flexible working 26 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays Outstanding pension scheme Life assurance Your role As a Volunteering Development & Inclusion Team Administrator*, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas: Input and manage data within our volunteer databases (Microsoft AX and D365) and Volunteer Management System (Assemble). Manage the team inbox(s), logging, dealing with and responding to queries regarding volunteering opportunities, work experience, feedback, etc. and referring relevant queries to other colleagues or teams as appropriate. Maintain a consistently high level of service to our customers. Ensure high levels of confidentiality and credibility are always delivered, whilst being both proactive and reactive to business needs, priorities, and deadlines. About you You’ll be some who enjoys working with different computer systems and excels at keeping records, with a high attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. You’re organised, proactive and strive for excellence. You’re resilient and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. You work well in a team and can maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity, whilst being able to apply your own initiative.
