Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)

As an Engineering Geologist, you will be involved in delivering a variety of ground investigation and contaminated land projects from start to finish. You will gain hands-on site experience alongside developing your reporting and technical skills in the office.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the design and supervision of ground investigations
Soil and rock logging to current standards
Collecting and organising site data
Producing Phase 1 and Phase 2 reports
Assisting with geotechnical and geoenvironmental interpretative reports
Preparing risk assessments and validation reportsYou will work closely with senior engineers and consultants, gaining valuable mentorship and technical development within a collaborative environment.
Requirements
To be considered, you should:
Hold a degree in Engineering Geology, Geology, or Geotechnical Engineering
Have experience in ground investigation and report writing
Be confident working both on site and in the office
Live within a commutable distance of Cardiff
