Key Responsibilities:
1. People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of circa x30 colleagues to reach their full potential through direct managerial reports, your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset.
2. Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the Transport distribution arm of the business, accident reduction through continued training and assessment.
