Hours: Full-Time, 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established business based in B49, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on the 180-recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management) while supporting hiring managers across the business to attract and secure top talent.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring an efficient recruitment process, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and helping the organisation meet its hiring goals during a busy period of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full 180 recruitment process: advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide advice on market insights, job descriptions, and recruitment best practices.
Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GDPR.
Support employer branding initiatives and help promote the business as an employer of choice.
About You:
Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruitment Consultant (agency or in-house).
Confident managing the end-to-end 180 recruitment process.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at pace.
Good understanding of compliance.
