I am working exclusively with along-established, highly respected organisation operating within thespecialist plant hire and equipment sector. The company plays a keyrole in supporting major infrastructure, construction, and civilengineering projects across the UK. They are known for theirprofessional service, operational excellence, and commitment tocompliance and safety.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anexperienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support theDirectors and Senior Leadership Team in a varied and responsible role.
The Role
As PersonalAssistant, you will provide confidential, efficient, and proactiveadministrative support to the Managing Director, Sales Director,Business Development Manager, and wider leadership team. The rolerequires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and theability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional and confidential administrativesupport to the Directors
* Assist with the preparation andsubmission of tenders and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
* Maintain and update customer compliance portals and companyaccreditations
* Support the management of company policies,procedures, and strategic documents
* Assist with marketingmaterials including document creation and promotional content
* Support the company insurance renewal process andadministration of insurance claims
* Administer companybenefits including healthcare, life assurance, and pensions
* Manage and update company information on external websites(e.g. Companies House, ICO)
* Administer payroll and pensionprocesses for the holding company
* Organise meetings andevents including travel, accommodation, and presentation preparation
* Produce agendas, take minutes, and manage action logs forformal meetings
* Maintain and update the company intranet andwebsite content
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support to theSenior Leadership Team
Skills & ExperienceRequired
* Proven experience in a PersonalAssistant or Senior Administrative role supporting Directors or SeniorManagement
* Highly organised with excellent attention todetail
* Able to work confidentially and professionally at alltimes
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
* Experience managing multiple tasks andworking to deadlines
* Experience updating websites or intranetsystems (desirable)
* Confident, proactive, and able to workindependently
