We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Cleaning Team Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations across industrial warehouse sites at AG-13. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, leadership experience, and the ability to work flexibly across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate a team of up to 20 cleaning operatives
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health & safety procedures
Monitor and report daily progress using Excel and other basic reporting tools
Communicate with clients via email regarding updates, additional works, and site needs
Operate and oversee use of industrial cleaning equipment (scrubbers, vacuums, etc.)
Complete documentation such as task sheets, incident reports, and quality checklists
Be available to travel and stay overnight in hotels when required
Manage cleaning schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
Proven experience supervising cleaning teams in an industrial or warehouse environment
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work long shifts (12 hours) and 6-day weeks during busy periods
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and email for communication and tracking
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay overnight for projects
Good understanding of cleaning safety standards (COSHH, PPE use)
Right to work in the UK
