KEY JOB ACTIONS
With an ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated leader who is passionate about driving improvement in supply chain best practices, and who has experience in leading a team through such change.
·Accountability for global demand and supply planning and forecasting processes, shaping them effectively to support growth plans and improve performance.
·Ensuring that business planning and forecasting data support efficient planning and utilization.
·Leading and developing supply chain planning, warehouse, and logistics teams.
·Implementing integrated business planning, ensuring consistency of plans, messaging, and information flow.
·Optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance in inventory management, lead time, and on-time delivery (OTD).
·Capacity planning activities in collaboration with business streams and functions.
·Providing timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and business analyses.
·Leading the implementation of key supply chain infrastructure projects.
·Optimizing inbound material scheduling to align with business needs and inventory targets.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
·Experience with cutting-edge S&OP methods and ideas.
·Previous experience in S&OP planning and process improvement.
·Manufacturing experience is desirable.
·Degree or equivalent in Operations, Engineering, or Business Administration.
·Proven experience in driving efficiencies and improvements across a business.
·Strong customer-focused and commercial mindset.
·Collaborative, inclusive team leadership style.
·Ability to introduce new working methods and drive innovation quickly.
·Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
