We re looking for friendly, adaptable, and positive team players to join our Customer First Contact Centre. Every year, our team handles more than half a million calls and online enquiries, helping residents and colleagues across a wide range of Council services.
You ll be the first point of contact for the community solving problems, offering advice, and making sure every customer feels valued. No two days are ever the same, but every day you ll make a difference.
What you ll bring
Experience in a customer-facing role (ideally front line)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Confidence using computer systems and processing information accurately
A calm, professional approach especially when things get busy
It s a bonus if you understand how local councils work or if you can speak Gaelic, but it s not essential.
