Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to lead bespoke quantitative projects, with some qualitative work, from proposal to presentation. The role involves working on high-impact B2B projects with major tech clients, focusing on thought leadership, brand, and ad testing studies. The position offers a competitive salary plus bonus, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days in the Thames Valley office per week.
Responsibilities include:
1. Owning end-to-end delivery of research projects
2. Leading proposal writing, questionnaire design, and fieldwork setup
3. Collaborating with clients to uncover meaningful insights
4. Presenting findings clearly and confidently
5. Working with in-house operations (excluding scripting or data processing)
Requirements include:
* Solid experience in a market research agency (B2B experience is a plus), including agency and client-side backgrounds
* Comfort in leading client calls and crafting compelling narratives
* Proficiency with tools like Excel and PowerPoint; interest in AI tools is a bonus
* A consultative mindset and storytelling skills
* Ability to thrive in a small, supportive, and growing team of 13 within a 30+ employee company
