Responsibilities
* Manage and support Nokia Mediation platforms, including Nokia Data Refinery (NDR) and related mediation systems
* Maintain and support data processing workflows for telecom records such as CDR, UDR, and IPDR
* Support parsing, validation, enrichment, filtering, and aggregation logic within mediation pipelines
* Monitor and ensure smooth operation of end-to-end data mediation flows
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mediation processing and data transformation layers
* Provide L2/L3 production support for mediation systems and related applications
* Handle incident analysis, root cause identification, and resolution within SLA timelines
* Support data integration using file-based transfers, FTP/SFTP protocols, and streaming mechanisms
* Monitor data flow health, identify failures, and ensure data consistency across systems
* Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to resolve interface and data issues
* Support deployment activities, configuration updates, and production changes
* Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and support activities
* Participate in on-call/shift support as required for production systems
