We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a specialised main dealer based in Exeter, Devon. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
4. Carry out MOT testing and inspections in line with industry standards
5. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs across classic, Morgan, and modern cars
6. Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
7. Assist with vehicle restorations and rebuilds as required
8. Maintain detailed and accurate service and repair records
9. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
10. Support the team with special projects related to vintage and classic vehicles
Requirements:
11. Hold a valid MOT Tester licence preferred
12. Level 3 NVQ in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent
13. Proven mechanical or heavy-mechanics skills with a strong diagnostic ability
14. Experience working within main dealer or independent garages preferred
15. Classic car restoration or bespoke project experience highly valued
16. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude
17. Ability to work efficiently and accurately on a range of vehicle types
