* Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE gained with another leading law firm.
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work.
* Your clients will include owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds and banks.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice.
* Excellent advocacy, drafting and client relationship skills.
