We are looking for an individual who has a passion for supporting others to live full and independent lives.
We support with;
Accessing the local community
Budgeting and finance
Correspondence and paperwork
Health and wellbeing
We do not provide personal care or administer medication, but we do provide prompts if required.
This will be for a position on our Exmouth routes.
Please note you will require a car for this position to travel between the 3 to 4 clients each day. Mileage will be paid.
What we will offer:
* £13 per hour
* Permanent employed contract .
* Pension / holiday pay/ free parking permit
* No more than 4/5 clients maximum a day, with well planned local routes for minimum mileage
* Same clients each week to ensure we can build the best possible relationship with them
* Paid promptly every 4 weeks
* Paid in-between clients
* 40 pence per mile (plus a further 5 pence per mile claimable through HMRC)
* Access to free courses at Exeter College to help further your career
* Working days Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
* Enhanced DBS check fully paid for
* Experienced and supportive managers that are always there to help you
Previous experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be given.
