Are you an experienced Business Development Director in the UK intermediary market with strong investment knowledge and a track record of driving growth? A well established DFM are looking to hire a Business Development Director to join their intermediary partnerships team. This homebased role will focus on creating long-term, profitable relationships with IFAs, restricted advisers, and discretionary investment firms across the South West and M4 corridor. Key responsibilities: Build and develop strategic partnerships with intermediaries Promote a broad suite of investment services, including discretionary portfolio management, multi-asset funds, and AIM IHT portfolios Confidently discuss investment propositions and structures including pensions, ISAs, bonds, GIAs, trusts, and platforms Represent the firm in a professional and compliant manner Contribute to the wider business growth strategy and meet individual objectives What were looking for: A minimum of 10 years experience in financial services, with particular expertise in the intermediary space Strong understanding of investment products and the UK intermediary landscape Excellent relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills Ideally QCA Level 4 qualified (or equivalent) Experience distributing funds and/or discretionary management services This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, values long-term client partnerships, and is motivated by results.
