Exciting Projects Work on varied sector projects and leave a lasting legacy Career Growth Clear progression pathways and continuous professional development Collaborative Culture Be part of a team that values innovation, integrity, and a commitment to excellence Competitive Package Enjoy a competitive salary, great benefits with flexible and hybrid working options What you will be doing The successful candidate will work within our Pre-construction Department and primarily support our team of Submissions Managers in the following: Supporting the Submissions team to develop templates for innovative Expressions of Interest, Pre-Qualifications and Tender documents such as CVs and Organisation Charts Creation of presentation templates for both internal and external meetings Ensuring brand identity is key through all internal and external communication documents Use InDesign and Photoshop to create designs for front covers and dividers as well as presentation folders/boxes for submissions Set-up bespoke Microsoft Word or InDesign documents for submissions including all design and formatting Updating Data within the Company Sales/CRM System. Monitoring and Logging of incoming tender opportunities. Review of Tender Portals where appropriate. Creation of Bespoke Infographics Prepare bespoke PowerPoint or InDesign presentation templates. Populate submission document responses with standard company information. Support the submissions team in formatting Microsoft Word documents including editing grammar and spelling Develop bid library material General admin tasks including printing, photocopying, collation of bids and binding. Liaise with external agencies for production of bid and marketing materials. Support the Marketing and business development activities with presentations and capability statements What Were Looking For Relevant demonstrable experience within a Graphic Design role Strong administrative skills 3rd or degree level qualification in Graphic Design or alternative qualification in InDesign and Photoshop Thinking creatively to produce concepts that engage our staff and promote the business to the public and the wider industry Strong layout & typography skills Confident communicating with colleagues and senior members of management Strong IT skills in the use of InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Creative / artistic flair required to generate new ideas for presentation of information Excellent organisational skills Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy How to Apply: If youre ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values your expertise and innovation, wed love to hear from you!
