Good honours degree or equivalent and qualifiedteacher status (QTS)
Ability to teach Drama (preferable, not essential)
Ability to teach both KS3 and KS4
Experience of planning, delivering and evaluatingsuccessful lessons
Personal commitment to professional development
Ability to work co-operatively with others and tolead development
Management skills that are appropriate to the postbeing applied for
Experience of using ICT for at least one (andpreferably both) of teaching and administrative work
Willingness to contribute towards the school’sextra-curricular programme
Understanding of the school’s Christian ethos(whatever the candidate’s own personal beliefs)
