Aftersales Advisor
The role
This position is a key role within the Aftersales department, responsible for controlling the workflow of the workshop, maximising technician productivity, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and control the daily workflow of the workshop
* Allocate jobs effectively to maximise technician efficiency and productivity in line with monthly targets, and hold reviews to provide regular feedback that improves individual performance.
* Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth operations.
* Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
* Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other technical apparatus
* Ensure work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timeframes
* Assist with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance as required
* Support team members with technical guidance on schematics, assembly, or mechanical issues
* Ensure the work environment meets the highest standards and fosters a positive atmosphere focused on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
About You
* A minimum of Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 qualification
* Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician within a franchised dealership
* Strong organisational and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a focus on efficiency, quality & customer service
* A full clean UK driving licence.

Working Hours
Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.30pm
Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm
Every third Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
