Key Responsibilities: Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner. Always deliver exceptional customer service. Conduct viewings with prospective tenants. Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord. Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and Landlords. Assisting tenants through the referencing process.
