Business Support Administrator (Weekends) – The City of Edinburgh Council
Location: Castlegreen Care Home and Inchview Care Home, Edinburgh, Scotland
Salaries: £26,337 – £28,835 (pro‑rate for part time)
Hours: 16 per week (Saturday and Sunday)
An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the business team at Castlegreen Care Home and Inchview Care Home, covering reception duties on Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for candidates with experience in an administrative position within a Business Support setting who can maintain accurate records and provide a high level of customer service.
* Reception duties on Saturdays and Sundays
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Support the wider business team with administrative tasks as required
This role is regulated work with children or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If you have spent a continuous period of three months or more outside the UK in the last five years, you must also provide an Overseas Criminal Record Check. Successful completion of these checks is a condition of unconditional offer and employment.
