Head of Service – Lead the Permanence Hub within the Corporate Parenting leadership team. Responsibilities include managing operational and strategic delivery, working with service users, partners and staff to achieve outstanding outcomes, and building relationships with key partners to fulfil corporate‑parenting responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Understanding of how to include service users, partners and staff in our journey to outstanding.
* Ability to think ahead, scan opportunities and innovate to improve outcomes for young people while ensuring effective practice.
* Skill to build relationships with key partners to understand and fulfil corporate‑parenting responsibilities.
* Must hold a SW qualification.
