We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and help create an inclusive, supportive learning environment. Working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will deliver care and support programmes that enable pupils to access learning effectively—both in the classroom and beyond

Salary Details: £19,702 - £21,352 per annum (£26,522 - £28,742 FTE)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Part-time, Weekly Hours 32.5 hours per week: Monday/Thursday/Friday 9:00am to 3:30pm, Tuesday 9:00am to 4:30pm, Wednesday 9:00am to 5:00pm Term Time

About the role
What You'll Do
• Support pupils with SEN to ensure their safety, inclusion, and engagement in learning activities.
• Assist with individualised programmes, including Therapy and Personal Care Plans, and carry out clinical procedures following training and competency sign-off.
• Build positive, constructive relationships with pupils, promoting independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress and achievement under teacher guidance.
• Contribute to school life, including trips, activities, and supervision outside lesson times.
Training & Development
