You will be setting up new starters, processing the wages including holiday pay, sick pay and maternity pay. You will also process the monthly expenses. About the ideal candidateTo be successful in this role you will have good Payroll Administrator experience. You will have strong system skills including excel. You will be able to work with speed and accuracy. You will have a strong work ethic, be organised and methodical and be able to multitask. 1. Assist with processing company expenses through our online portal.
2. Prepare monthly expenses reports for review by the payroll team.
3. Provide administrative support to the payroll team on a weekly basis.
4. Organise and distribute payroll queries to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
5. Respond to general administrative inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Aid in the weekly reporting and processing of sick pay.
7. Compile payroll data and information for review by the payroll team.
