Job responsibilities

Package Description:

We offer up to a £1500 welcome bonus (terms and conditions apply) for nurses joining our team.

* You are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
* You possess a caring nature with a personal approach.
* You have proven leadership skills, able to motivate and delegate effectively.
* You adopt a coaching leadership style to empower colleagues.
* You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* You are flexible and adaptable to change.
* You are warm, approachable, and engaging.
