We're looking for a Deputy General Manager to support
the General Manager in running one of our fast paced, high energy restaurants.
This is your chance to lead from the front, develop your
management skills, and play a key role in shaping the guest experience – all

As Deputy General Manager, you’ll be the right hand
person to the GM – taking ownership of daily operations, leading shifts, and
being a role model for the team.

how to make things happen when it’s busy.
Leading from the Front...
* Run smooth and efficient shifts, motivating the
team to deliver excellence every time.
* Step up in the GM’s absence and ensure
consistency in service, standards, and operations.
* Set the tone on shift – hands on, visible, and
in control.
Supporting Operational Excellence...
* Maintain a sharp focus on health & safety,
cleanliness, food quality, and team performance.
* Help with stock control, labour planning, and
inventory management.
* Drive compliance and follow up on any actions
from audits or inspections.
Developing & Coaching the Team...
* Support new team member onboarding, ongoing
training, and day to day coaching.
* Foster a positive team culture where people feel
valued, heard, and empowered.
* Provide honest, constructive feedback and help
team members grow.
Delivering a Brilliant Guest Experience...
* Keep service running like clockwork, especially
during peak times.
* Deal with customer feedback professionally and
ensure every guest leaves happy.
