A high-growth consumer fintech is looking for a strategic Head of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This is a newly created role, giving you the chance to shape the CRM strategy from the ground up.
There will be a small team in place already, but you will be tasked with building it further.
You’ll be the go-to person for everything customer journey, building and optimising data-driven lifecycle programmes that scale with the business.
Responsibilities
* Own and develop the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle strategy across email, push, and in-app channels
* Define customer segmentation, automation flows, and personalisation frameworks to improve engagement and retention
* Partner closely with Product, Data, and Brand to align messaging and customer touchpoints
* Lead and mentor a small CRM team, overseeing campaign performance and continuous testing
* Use data and insights to optimise customer journeys, from onboarding to reactivation
* Evaluate new tools and technology to improve CRM performance and scalability
Experience
* Proven experience in a senior CRM or lifecycle role within a fast-paced fintech, consumer brand or Investment background
* Expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, or HubSpot)
* Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and retention marketing
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and analytics teams
* A test-and-learn mindset, with a passion for using data to drive growth
