Role Requirements:
* Manage the day to day manufacturing in the workshop
* Maximize efficiency and minimize wastage
* Experience and knowledge of window/door joinery
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Ability to manage a team
* Ability to ensure a high-quality standard of work
* Must be able to work efficiently to a tight schedule
* Full UK Driving Licence - not essential but very valuable for us
* Knowledge of Basic Russian is required
* Previous experience in Carpentry/Joinery is required
* Applicant must be able to participate in the production of joinery alongside their management role
* Must be familiar with joinery machinery
Good communication skills at all levels are preferred
