Salary: up to 30k
Full-time | Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telephone Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their growing team.
Based at their busy Wimbledon office, you'll play a key part in supporting their customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and building strong, longlasting relationships.
This is an inbound customer service and sales role with no cold calling.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
2. Processing customer orders and providing excellent aftersales support
3. Offering product advice and solutions tailored to customer needs (with support from our inhouse experts)
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Experience and Qualification
16. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telesales is highly desirable
17. A proven track record in sales would be an advantage
18. A willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge
