Land Manager Location: Staffordshire (Hybrid working) Salary: £85,000 basic car bonus | OTE: £160,000 About the Role We’re seeking a commercially minded and relationship-driven Senior Land Manager to join a leading housebuilder in the Midlands. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new land and partnership opportunities, driving bid submissions, and negotiating legal agreements. You'll play a key role in shaping the development pipeline and influencing how communities are built.
